    It’s too bad carbs get such a bad rap. Unfortunately, my body also does not seem to do well with carbs. Great for the mind, though. Possibly the Serotonin. You summed it up well, Michael, with the “Obvious Diet 2020.” Yes, repeat daily. Great post!
